I enjoy plein air painting and studio work. I am inspired to interpret what I see through my imagination. When I want realism, I use my camera.
Nature provides the subject of many of my paintings. I love to find out all I can about my subject, digging into the elements that brought it to where it is. The Theater of My Mind then fills out the back story with legends, folklore, fairytales, mythology, and Native American stories.
